Sharita Robinson
As the founder and proprietor of Robinson Consulting
Services, her contribution to the Human Resources and Business
Consulting arena has been broad and varied, blending Business
Coaching, Project Management, Talent Management and Seminar-Leadership work
that has brought her talents to the likes of large entities such
as The Coca-Cola Company, Schwan's Foods, and The Home Depot (to
name only a few). This work has earned her the respect and return
business of a variety of southeastern organizations and success-minded
individuals.

Sharita holds a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration and a Masters in Human Resources Development from
Indiana State University. She holds Professional in Human Resources
(PHR), Advance Internet Recruitment Strategies (AIRS) and Targeted
Selection certifications. She is also a Certified Leadership Coach
(CLC) and a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC), qualified in DiSC
Assessment, and has completed qualification regarding the Birkman
First Look tool. Sharita is a national and local member of the
Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and has developed
a course on HR Strategies for Lorman Educational Services.
Stacy Robinson
Stacy Robinson brings focused experience in organizational
development and strategic Human Resources planning, as well as
more than 20 years of progressive HR experience to the Robinson
Consulting team.
Stacy is an ELI (Employment Learning Innovations)
and Strategic Breakthroughs Certified Instructor, a Registered
Corporate Coach (RCC), experienced in performance management and
executive coaching. He's also a certified facilitator in Civil
Treatment for Managers and Periodization.
Stacy has a Masters in Business Administration from Mercer University,
a Bachelor of Science in Management from Shorter College and completed
the Human Resources Studies program at Cornell University.
PARTNERS
Paulette Jones
As a member of the Robinson Consulting team, Paulette Jones serves
as an Independent Consultant focused on facilitating client partnership
and special project management. She holds a Bachelors Degree from
Clark Atlanta University in Business Education, and her varied
background incorporates more than ten years of HR service and
delivery.
Jacqueline A. Owen, Ed.D.
A former Director of Human Resources for the State of Georgia,
Jacqueline Owen's career spans the playing field of public and
private, including global 500 organizations and corporations.
As part of the Robinson Consulting team, Jacqueline brings fifteen-plus
years of high-level Human Resources expertise to the table. She is certified in the Lominger Leadership Architect
and VOICES 360 Feedback System, Zenger-Miller Frontline Leadership,
and the Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance Model.
Jacqueline holds a Master of Education and Doctor of Education
in Human Development Counseling from Vanderbilt University and
is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management's National
Chapter. |
